DEFINITIONS

The term “service product” refers to all content services listed for sale from Writer Army.

ABOUT SERVICE PRODUCTS

You may review the full range of services offered on writerarmy.com. Writer Army reserves the right to modify at any time the content, type, parameters, and availability of any of our service products.

PROCESSING PAYMENT

Writer Army will process all payments at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment through the online platform PayPal. We process all payments through the merchant vendor Intuit. At any time, we reserve the right to reject an order or purchase.

If in the case your initial payment authorization is later revoked, your purchase of service products will immediately be terminated.

Completed purchases for our service products are nonrefundable. This also includes services products that have been ordered but not yet delivered.

PRICING

Before finalizing your purchase of our service products, we will make the price clear to you. You agree to pay this amount as well as an additionally taxes or fees. We will determine discount eligibility at the time of order. However, discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

Writer Army reserves the right to change the pricing for its service products at any time. If we determine a price stated to be an error, we are not under any obligation to offer you the service products at the incorrect price. We will notify you of the error and allow you to cancel your order while obtaining a full refund if the payment has already been made.

UNPAID CHARGES

Service products will automatically be terminated if your payment method is invalid. In such a case, you will still remain responsible for all charges related to the service product, as well as any costs we incur related to the collection of unpaid amounts. This may include court costs, attorney’s fees, collection agency fees, and any other associated costs.

PROMOTIONS

We reserve the right to provide promotions on any service products we offer. The specific terms of each promotion will be clearly stated during the time the promotion is offered. We do not notify our customers in advance if a promotion is about to end.

THIRD PARTIES

If you have purchased service products through a third party, these Terms of Sale may not be applicable to you. We are not liable to you for any claims related to third-party purchases. For further support, please contact the third party directly.

DELIVERABLES

In case of customer dissatisfaction, you may inform us within 7 days of delivery (168 hours), in which case we will correct or revise the deliverable at no additional cost to you. This applies as long as the revision is warranted via our revision policy (see revision policy below in Section 2.3 for further details).

BASIC REGULATIONS

COPYRIGHT

 Any content created by Writer Army staff is considered works “made for hire.” According to the Copyright Law of the United States, work “made for hire” legally belongs to the Client, not the Writer. The client is considered the legal author, and the writer may or may not be publicly credited for their work. When you purchase any content, you will maintain a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license for said content. Through purchase of the content, the Writer grants and licenses the Client sole and exclusive right to publish, perform, display, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, and sell the delivered and approved content in any type of media, including but not limited to, print and/or online media and all electronic, online, or any other media throughout the world. Writer Army does not retain rights to any exclusive content, and we do not resell or repost the same content to anyone else.

APPROPRIATE TOPICS

Writer Army provides service products for a wide range of industries, but we will not fulfill content orders that (i) violate a third party’s rights, including without limitation, Proprietary Rights or privacy rights; (ii) are pornographic, obscene, indecent, slanderous, libelous, defamatory, fraudulent, untrue, inaccurate, misleading, hateful or unlawfully threatening, abusive, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, nude, or in any way degrading to human nature or harmful or indecent to minors; (iii) violate any law statutes, codes, rules, ordinances, or regulations of any jurisdiction or promote illegal activities; (iv) discriminate based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; (v) are homework such as academic materials, papers, journals, or articles.

If there is an instance of violation, we will kindly request that you send us instructions and subsequent information that falls within our guidelines. If this is not possible, we will offer you a full refund.

DELIVERABLES

Writer Army offers a 7-day (168-hour) auto-acceptance policy. If the service product does not meet your expectations, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery in order to receive a full revision of the purchased content. If we are not notified within 168 hours of delivery, we will automatically deem the content “acceptable,” and there are no refunds available for accepted content. If you notify us within the 168-hour window about an issue with your content, you grant us at least 1 opportunity to correct or revise the product as soon as possible. This comes at no additional cost to yourself so long as the revisions for your revision are acceptable within our revision policy (see below).

REVISION POLICY

We are unable to offer unlimited revisions. In the case of multiple spelling/grammar errors or a complete deviation from your content instructions, we are happy to revise the content and send you an updated version. We cannot be held responsible for unrealistic expectations or poor instructions. If this occurs, we will request further information from you. To guarantee best results, always give enough guidance in your article orders for our writers to know what you are looking for.

CONTENT LIABILITY

Writer Army does not warrant any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of products or information represented on this site.
The service content we provide do not dispense medical, legal, or professional advice. They do not prescribe treatments or strategies that can be tested without the advice of a professional. We sell service content for educational or entertainment purposes only. You are responsible for your own actions when using information from Writer Army service content.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

You understand and agree to the periodic renewal of Subscription Services (e.g. monthly, bi-annually, annually, etc.). Writer Army may charge you for such renewal without notice unless you terminate your Subscription. Within the first 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. After this stated window, all subscription plans are nonrefundable under any circumstances, including unused time on a plan.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. After cancelling a subscription plan, you will still have access to your account on the Writer Army website.
